[kde-edu]: Icons for special characters

Hi,

It's working nicely! I have to set the font to Arial for Czech and URW Bookman 
for Tajik to draw the icons and I read all special chars from some data 
files.

This is awesome and those ugly icons were quite bothering me. It also 
suppresses 200 lines of code in khangman.cpp :-)

Thanks for your efforts for coding this! I'll use it for KLettres tomorrow :)
