Just two notes:

1 Kig uses doxygen to generate the documentation for the internal
  python scripting api.  You can already view this online at
  http://edu.kde.org/kig/manual/scripting-api/index.html

2 doxygen requires that the classes are properly documented.  There is
  no point in putting empty documentation stubs online, I think.  I'm
  not sure in how far this is already done in kdeedu.
