I did something like that for an university contructional excercise.
I have a working prototype but the code is really messy at the moment.
Will try to clear it up a bit and put it an the web.

The wrapper application uses a hacked version Keduca files, so if anyone =
as a=20
short Keduca file (say 5-10 Questions) and a related image, I will includ=
ed=20
it in the tar ball.
