RHEL 6 and it's various clones ship KDE 4.3, so this shouldn't be a
problem.  I'm not sure whether the docs were still outdated at that
point, or whether old habits just die hard with this user.  (I still
call the Plasma panel Kicker sometimes.  ;-)
