Hi,

Simply because KDE4 is not KDE3.

If you don't like KDE4, keep using KDE3. If it fits your necessity,
why change? Some distros still mantain KDE3 packages (unofficially but
mantains), for example, in openSUSE there is a guy who mantains KDE3
packages for 3 releases now.

An, btw this is the documentation writers list, not developers list ;-)
