KDE 4.7 from kde-redhat on Fedora 15.

$ rpm -q kdebase
kdebase-4.7.0-1.fc15.x86_64
$ rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/share/doc/HTML/en/kipi-plugins/
kipi-plugins-2.0.0-2.fc15.x86_64

Doc header says Revision 0.1.3 (2008-02-13).
