That's the fault of the source document. In fact, that whole table is broken 
when it comes to PDF generation (it describes things incorrectly). I'll think 
about how to fix it.

Confirmed. I'm not sure why that's happening. It could be a problem with one 
of my patches. I'll look into it.

The dblatex author and I are working on this. We should have a good solution 
fairly soon.

Hrm, I thought I'd fixed that sort of thing. Obviously not. I'll fix that.

I'm not sure where the problem lies for this one. It might be a display 
problem, with the images appearing OK when printed. Once I've sorted out the 
"oversize" image problem, I'll take a look into this.
