In German &LMB; could be translated as 'linke Maustaste' or 'linken Maustaste' 
or 'linker Maustaste' - depending on the context. (I think this is similar to 
many other languages.) So usually we already translate &LMB; as 
'<mousebutton>linke</mousebutton> Maustaste' (or 'linker', 'linken') and 
can't use &LMB; at all.
