Yes, "I" for the user is okay. What is not okay is when "I" is the doc writer
or the developper. Things like "I think that ..."

Yes, this is the case where "I" is the computer.
In short, I think that :
I = user : okay
I = doc writer : not okay
I = developper : not okay
I = computer : not okay
