Hi all,
Could you take a look at the attached patch to the visual guide document, and 
give suggestions and changes?
The only main changes are:
"Spinbox" -> "Spin Box"
Rationale: Consistency with "Check Boxes", "Combo Box". Also, things like 
"Toolbar", "Menubar" are used frequently enough to make into one word, but 
"Spin Box" is not.

and...

"Tree view" -> "Tree View"
Rationale: Consistency with capitalization used elsewhere.

I would have just committed, but since (in theory) we all refer to this guide 
when writing our documentation, it seems right to ask comments first.
