Looking at the other .docbook files for Konqueror, only plugins.docbook has 
the 
<!-- TRANS:CREDIT_FOR_TRANSLATORS -->
line at the end: All have
<!-- <authorgroup>
TRANS:ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS 
</authorgroup> -->
in the <chapterinfo> section at the beginning.
