This is a problem I don't really how to deal with. The same problem appeared
for kmail.

The problem with a doc split into parts is that each part can have different
translators, so I needed a place for ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS and for
CREDIT_FOR_TRANSLATORS tags. Since in a huge doc, nothing prevents each part
from having its own authors too, I thought that the logical answer was to add
a credits section in each part.

Apparently that was wrong, or at least inhabitual. Feel free to correct that
any way you like in konqueror and kmail. Lauri, if you have suggestions, or
if you could tell me how you usually deal with that, they are welcome.

Probably. I don't know. As I said, feel free to correct it, and please accept
my apologies for the inconvenience.
