We've been here before I fear... Dolphin demands latest Frameworks which
isn't in the Flatpak Runtime.
Needs a runtime update to fix.

Knights seems to follow the same rules as Dolphin - wants latest Frameworks.

Looks like a network issue in the signing infrastructure at the time of
run, have triggered a rebuild.
Similar issue knocked out a couple of Windows signing jobs below.

Looks like Craft has experienced a 7zip related regression? Although that
makes no sense given none of that code has changed lately.

Minuet had a similar failure so have triggered a re-run.

Same issue as Cantor and Minuet.

That being said, why does this repo have Windows and Flatpak CD jobs on it
given pim-sieve-editor only really makes sense in the context of a
distribution of Kontact/KMail?
