KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (22 September 2026)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.


There may be still a bit of "the ASAN problem" in some Qt 6.12 builds, i think 
we chased it out, but if you find a Qt 6.12 build saying "ASan runtime does 
not come first in initial library list; you should either link runtime to your 
application or manually preload it with LD_PRELOAD." please tell me and i'll 
help to fix it.


Good news: 2 repo fixed


Bad news: 11 repo started failing, 5 keep failing
