QT/WIN32: VC Patches

I tried that once, merging kde-cygwin port into Wolfpack's, 
but TT changed sth in the font engine that I couldn't figure 
out. If someone can figure out the fonts part, the rest of 
the port to 3.3.1 is quite easy :)
