We have already a qt3.2 branch named QT_WIN32_3_2_BRANCH in the kde-cygwin 
cvs. Because the difference betwen qt3.3.1 and qt3.2 are very minor, this 
branch can be used for implementing the font stuff yet and the update to 
qt3.3.1 could be done later very easy.
