KDE-Cygwin on princeton university

Hi,
nice comment from kde-cygwin usage on the princeton university could be
found on http://scadblog.princeton.edu/archives/000091.html.

This comment show me, that the installation of the basic package should be
easier

I've thought already about calling the cygwin setup from the kde-cygwin
installer with the required package to install or to integrate all necessary
cygwin packages (as Holger already stated before while out meeting in
hannover).

Any additional ideas how to reach this ?
