Given that the review period has long since passed I think we can
safely say that these two applets can move to their final place from
KDE Review.
If you could file a Sysadmin ticket for that we can arrange that quite easily.

We can sort that at the same time we move the two applets from KDE Review.
Please make sure to mention this in your Sysadmin ticket - along with
the platforms which they're both relevant too (just Linux and FreeBSD
I assume)
