update on KDE Platform 11dev sprint -> announing possible dates and location!

This can be inconvenient since two people may want to be in two places 
at the same time, for instance I'd like to attend to the KDE Platform 
sprint but because of Kamoso/QtGstreamer I should attend to Multimedia 
too :/
