OK, then I will change it to "Mode Toggle".

I was stuck on "modetoggle" mainly because of what I had seen in other wacom 
gui selections. Thought this might be a more "accepted" way to call this.

Nonetheless, if you two disagree. I'm glad to change it if this is easier to 
understand / or at least less wrong.
