RFC: Moving RSIBreak to KDEUtils?

Also moves from extragear to the main modules should happen before the (hard) 
feature freeze I think. Well reasoned exceptions are expected, but let's have 
the guidelines about how it should be, no?

As the Lifecycle page is mostly your work, are you going to add this section 
there? Or should I go and try myself?

Regarding the addition to the module's website http://utils.kde.org/ :

RSIBreak already has it's own very good website at rsibreak.org
Should I just add RSIBreak to the left-side menu and the pictured overview on 
the homepage at utils.kde.org and link directly to rsibreak.org ? Or would 
you like to have also the standard pages for info, documentation, development 
and contact, which would at least from the documentation page link to 
rsibreak.org?
