Request to remove kformula from kdelibs

I don't know the lib, but if apparently everybody agrees that it's not in a 
releasable state and it wasn't part of KDE 4.1, then I'd say it should be 
removed (or disabled) now, it's the last chance or it will have to stay 
compatible for all of KDE 4.x.
