I've moved some content to below the info box and added relevant mailing
lists.

I'm reaching the ends of what I know myself though, and who is responsible
for various tools, and release coordination in other modules etc.

Also I might be missing a few things, so it's pretty ready for more
contributors if you know a few gaps to fill.
