KDE Root Certificate Database: New Maintainer

I'm writing to notify the KDE developers that Brad Hards will be  
taking over maintenance of our Root CA database.  Unfortunately I  
haven't had the ability to be as responsive as I once was.  As a  
result the database has fallen a bit out of date and this just isn't  
good.  Brad has a thorough understanding of the issues around  
maintenance of this database.  I believe he will do a good job  
maintaining it now.  Please direct any questions to him and be  
supportive as he takes on this new role. :-)
