finding debug Qt libs on OSX with frameworks disabled

Folks,

I build Qt on OSX without frameworks, but with debugging, and I need the 
attached patch (in three places, in kde, strigi, nepomuk and kdelibs) in order 
for that to work. I might be missing something, though.
