"Kevin work" is a bit of a strong statement actually. It's code I borrowed but
existed a long time ago, I just wrapped it in the tracker interface. After
several butchering like this I'm not sure I can claim it as mine. ;-)
As for the "only-show-after-a-few-seconds" it got lost a long time ago when
you started working on kuiserver (which was fine with what you planned), now
that we're back to in process dialogs in a hurry it's not back.
That said it's probably easy to add into KWidgetJobTracker, we're not forced
to call show() immediately on the ProgressWidgets like we do now.

Actually that's a bad use case because you basically leave the user in the
dark wondering why the ui is sitting there doing nothing.
