move ldap ioslave into kdepim(libs)

I think you shouldn't do it...Leave them in kdepimlibs where they're now, at
least they're on the same place. Why would anyone search for e.g. kio_smtp in
kdepimlibs, pop3,imap4,sieve in kdepim, ldap in somewhere else?
But moving kfax into kdepim can be considered, not?
