WITH_PREFIX for kdemodules?

That would be ok, if we decide to make the change.

Not sure.
If a desktop file has a line like  "X-KDE-Library=libkorg_yearprint", but the plugin
is installed as "korg_yearprint" does that still work?  If so, then I'm less worried
about lots of breakage.
