WITH_PREFIX for kdemodules?

From all I know you will have to adjust desktop files and code where e.g. a 
KPart is loaded using the library name (hardcoded to the libfoo version). I 
expect that only removing the WITH_PREFIX parameter will break loading of 
most of those plugins.
