For KOrganizer it would be great if there was a way to only get the URL of the 
selected stuff instead of having it downloaded to a temp file. When adding 
new calendars to korganizer, we don't want to import a temp file (which is 
static), but rather add the remote calendar as a new remote resource so that 
it will be reloaded when updates are available (and so that its events can 
easily be hidden/shown by (de)selecting the resource).
