I may overlook something important, but is there a reason why Plastik
cannot be used as "starting ground"? It currently has (as far as I could
see) only 1 problem and that is vertical headers and vertical tabs for
dockwidgets. Everything else is at least displayed properly (although
not looking like release-quality). So maybe its easier to tweak plastik
graphics-wise as the Oxygen team wants it and then rename it to
"oxygen"?
