VIO - a cross desktop vfs library...

the concept of libvio is to put the vfs-interface below toolkits and 
desktops - it's a library only depending on glibc (and maybe dbus). the 
appropriate place for libvio in KDE would be inside the KIO::Job class 
(i guess)... perhaps not all jobs should be delegatet to libvio, but at 
least those which focus on file-management...

it would be nice to get some feedback, help from KDE developers...
