[PATCH] Moving Go actions from konqueror to dolphin

Done now: Go / System and Go / Media removed (the kioslaves are gone),
and moved 5 others menu items from konqueror to dolphin:
Applications, Network Folders, Settings, Trash, Autostart.

This unclutters the other uses of Konqueror (web browser, PDF viewer, etc.).

However I just realized that it breaks the string freeze since it moves
translatable strings from konqueror.po to dolphin.po... Can I proceed
or should this wait, then? The menu is currently huuuuge when embedding
okular, but well, not the most critical bug I guess...
