removing mouse gestures from UI

Hello,

As I am not going to get mouse gesture support for actions finished in time 
for KDE 4.0 (due to integration issues and the need for a good configuration 
UI) I propose to remove any mention of mouse gestures from the UI but leave 
the code there. This would mean minor changes to KShortcutsEditor and about 
nothing else.
I am confident about getting the whole thing ready for 4.1, and in a way that 
beats any other gestures implementation you have seen before.
