removing mouse gestures from UI

Is it possible to add some #ifdef around?
I mean, if it doesn't require much more work,  and will make the code not too 
ugly.
So that we can quickly enable it back.

But yes, i think it's better to remove it from the UI if it can't be 
functional for KDE 4.0.
