Please remove noisy output from kdebug

I removed one kDebug(32010) <<"KWScriptingPart::~KWScriptingPart()";
in kword which triggered this debug output. Thanks for the debug line and 
all, thats really useful!

I'm not sure its a valid usecase.

There are some 10 more when I close a koffice app; all the same line, here 
is one;

kDebugStream called after destruction (from 
KLibLoaderPrivate::~KLibLoaderPrivate() 
file /usr/local/work/kde/kdelibs/kdecore/util/klibloader.cpp line 73)
The KLibLoader contains the library  "libkwordpart"  ( 
KLibrary(0x6f8f60) )
