Move KStyle to elsewhere (kdeui?)

Thanks for telling me on irc which classes with in kdefx, so that I could 
treat them as deprecated remove them from kdebindings.

But after much discussion I still don't follow why the kdefx classes can't 
just be removed from kdelibs, and we suggest to people they use blitz as an 
interim solution until the quasar lib is finished in time for kde 4.1. Doing 
a temporary hack to wrap the blitz classes with another api (ie kdefx 
modified in a hurry), sounds the worst possible solution to me.
