Copyright/License on kregexpeditorinterface.h

kdelibs/kregexpeditor/kregexpeditorinterface.h doesn't have a copyright 
or license, and the svn log only goes back as far as:

which is rather unhelpful.  Does anyone know who the correct copyright 
holder for this file should be?
