no, you are not wrong. The clarification I received from dfaure earlier today 
on IRC was that any change that required an update to kdelibs to continue 
working (BIC changes, updates to common build system macros, etc.) were 
supposed to be limited to Monday. 

Personally, I don't care whether we have the rule or not, but it should be 
followed if we're going to keep it.
