[ANNOUNCE] kdepimlibs module

Howdy,

I'd happy to announce that the new kdepimlibs module now exists in trunk/KDE.
Thanks for creating it Dirk.

I have populated the new module with the usual assortment of README, etc. files.
The most important file in the new module is "POLICIES".  Let's read that file and make
sure that any libraries we moved from kdepim follows the policies listed in there
(eg. LGPL).

Now, what should I break.. err.. I mean move first...
