Time zone class naming

The time zone classes currently use a non-standard naming scheme, in that they
don't capitalise each word in their names. For consistency with other KDE
classes, KTimezone should be renamed KTimeZone, etc. There was perhaps a
misperception that timezone was a single word when the class names were
decided upon, but in fact they are two separate words. See for example usage
in http://www.w3.org/TR/timezone/ which illustrates this.

Any objections to my renaming them in trunk to capitalise the 'Z'?
