yes, i understand completely; and that is why we have kdelibs_snapshot. if you 
are working on umbrello, you don't care if konqueror in kdebase or kmail in 
kdepim don't compile today. just kdelibs (and whatever libs your app carries 
with it as well, of course). so i think you're covered =)
