Preparing terrain for kio_uiserver

Hi,

Robert, thanks for your pointings.

I had lots of mistakes on the documentation grammar and syntax. Sorry.

For example, the app friendly name is "Konqueror", while the internal name
is "konqueror". It might be more different, for example: friendly name "KDE
Panel", internal name "kpanel". Internal name is basically used (in
kio_uiserver) to retrieve the application icon.
