Preparing terrain for kio_uiserver

Hi,

Rereading the patch I have noticed I added changes to observer.h and
observer.cpp on the patch too. Changes on those two files shouldn't be
committed, since trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kio/misc contains the old kio_uiserver,
and for example, newJob has less parameters, and it wouldn't be able to
compile.
