Compatibility between KDE 3 and KDE 4

It might make sense to support distro's that install everything in /usr to
have /usr/include/kde<x>/ instead of /usr/include being the include path.
That won't help for binaries that coexist though, making me somewhat doubt
it's worth it.

It's more a packaging issue, and I know very little about that, SuSE has
always had different prefixes for different versions of KDE, as do my own
source builds.
