KPrinter::setOrientation disables the orientation group in thesetupdlg

... which is unfortunately a method in a private class (KMPrinter) and 1) as 
such not accessible for non-KDEPrint developers (as the header of that 
include says) and 2) I don't have any pointer to the KMPrinter* object....
