"User Files" doesn't mean much. We have "Home" referred to everywhere (from the home
icons to the documentation), and home *is* a place that users know, we shouldn't remove it.

I'm fine with adding a link to the Documents directory (especially when != $HOME), but
it should be called Documents (and you should use KGlobalSettings::documentPath() to read it).
