I would like to suggest to move the entry "&Text File..." as follows:

Folder
--Separator--
Text File...
HTML File...
etc

I never wanted to create a HTML file with the context menu, and 90% of the
users probably never want to do this.
Usually I create a plain text file.

Just a thought...
