Replacement for KFax

Now the wrapper currently called kfaxview accepts all options of KFax. 

So how is the recommended procedure to remove something from SVN?
Just "svn delete" or should it be moved to a special place? Am I allowed to do
this, or does it need to be done by someone with more karma?
