Ah, stupid me, I browsed over that tab several times without seeing it. Hmm,
the setting doesn't seem to apply to applications where I previously played
with the toolbar settings directly (namely Konqueror and Kontact/KMail). I'd
like to start over fresh with all apps doing text under icons and then
customizing, how can I do that?
